Dorcadion eugeniae, an endemic montane species to Peloponnese (Greece), has been described from Tripoli environs (Greece) by Ludwig Ganglbauer in 1886 [❖].
Body length: ♂♂ 8.3 - 14.2 mm / ♀♀ 9.8 - 16.1 mm Life cycle: 1 year Adults in: May - June Host plant: roots and basal stem parts of Poaceae Distribution: an endemic species to Peloponnese (Greece)
The depicted beetles were collected 5 km E Vytina (Βυτίνα) (1470 m a.s.l., Mainalo Mt., Arcadia, Peloponnese, Greece) on May 27-28, 2009 and on May 27, 2021, respectively.Collected by David Navrátil and Daniel Rydzi
