Herophila fairmairei, a rare endemic species to Parnassus mountain range in Greece, has been described from "Grèce" as Dorcadion Fairmairei by James Thomson in 1857 [▽].
Body length: 12 - 25 mm Life cycle: 2 - 3 years [?] Adults in: March - July Host plant: oligophagous in roots of shrubs from Fabaceae family (Astragalus spp.) Distribution: an endemic species to Parnassus mountain range in Greece
