Phytoecia (Parobereina) ochraceipennis was described as by Gustav Kraatz from Samarkand environs (Uzbekistan) in 1886 [❖]. Taxon was moved into a newly estabilished subgenus Parobereina by Mikhail Danilevsky in 2018 [✩].

Distribution:	Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Afghanistan

The depicted mounted beetles were collected 60 km E Kulyab near Muminabad (1500 m a.s.l., Tajikistan) on May 25-27, 2006.
