A typical rocky steppe/pasture habitat of Purpuricenus interscapillatus sasanus Kadlec, 2006 with shrubs of Acer monspessulanum cinerascens (Dorūd environs, 1745 m a.s.l., Dorūd county, Lorestan Province, West Iran).
