The depicted living beetle was collected on the trunk of falled dead Caucasian oak (Quercus macranthera) found in the edge of
sparse mountain oak forest 3 km West of Lichk (Լիճք,; 2300 m a.s.l., Syunik Province, South Armenia) on June 7th, 2012.
The mounted specimen was collected in Tashtun environs (2000 m a.s.l., Zengezur Mts., Syunik Province, South Armenia) on June 16, 2014.
