Rocky steppe (altitude 2000-2200 m) in close proximity of famous İshak Paşa Sarayı (Ishak Pasha Palace), semi-ruined palace and administrative complex located in the Doğubeyazıt district of Ağrı province of eastern Turkey, was locality where we found in the vegetation running adults of Dorcadion hellmanni Ganglbauer, 1884, Dorcadion wagneri Küster, 1846 and still undetermined Dorcadion from the kasikorporanum-species cluster. On the blossoming Astragalus we observed mating Xylotrechus sieversi Ganglbauer, 1890 together with several species of jewel beetles from the Sphenoptera genus.
