Striking Mallosiola regina, species known from mountains of Tadjikistan and Southern Uzbekistan only, has been described from Alai Range by Lucas Friedrich Heyden in 1887 [❖].

Adults in:May - July
Host plant:unknown
Distribution:Central Asia (Tadjikistan, S Uzbekistan)


Depicted beetle was captured in Babatag Range (Denov district, Surxondaryo Region, S Uzbekistan) on June 20, 1980.
