A stump of a broken Norway spruce (Picea abies) infested with Monochamus (Monochamus) sartor sartor after peeling the bark. In addition to traces of older larval galleries, this year's exit holes are visible on the trunk. One has just been created and a freshly hatched female is still sitting in the exit corridor (Kláštorisko, Slovak Paradise National Park, Spišská Nová Ves district, Košice Region, Slovakia on June 19, 2017).
