Semiangusta delagrangei, an endemic species to Turkey, has been described as Conizonia Delagrangei from Akbez environs (Hatay province, South Turkey) by Maurice Pic in 1891 [❖].

The affiliation of this taxon to a genus/subgenus has changed several times since its description, and currently Semiangusta is again considered a separate genus.
